Sour is a Women's competitive club team based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Sour debuted at the 2023 Canadian Ultimate Championships Masters series (CUCM). In 2024, Sour returned to CUCM to take home silver.
Players must be turning 30 or older to be eligible for the team's roster. Player applications open during the winter months, typically in January or February.
