Disc NS is offering a set of “Learn to Play” ultimate clinics.

The clinics span 3 weeks starting this Saturday (October 17) at 5 pm on field 4 of the BMO Soccer Center.  Each clinic lasts 50 minutes.

At each clinic, coaches will work with you on two parts of ultimate:  throwing/catching and basic tactics.

The clinic will end with a 15 minute scrimmage to use what you have learned.

We will have Covid waivers to sign when you arrive.
