Nova Scotia Disc Sport Society (DiscNS) Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for DiscNS will be held in person and online this year.

 

The meeting will be on Tuesday, May 24, at 8:00 pm following the Halifax Ultimate AGM that same night.  The in person component will be in the classroom of the BMO Soccer centre at 210 Thomas Raddall Drive, Halifax. 

The online connection will be available at http://meet.google.com/zzs-zeya-vjr and will be the same technology as used for Halifax Ultimate.

 

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  • review of meeting etiquette

  • approval of agenda

  • approval of minutes from last year 

  • introduction of the Board

  • review of last year's activities

  • presentation of next year's plans 

  • presentation and approval of financials

  • vote on next Board (three 2-year positions)

  • other business
