New Scotland Blues is Nova Scotia's competitive junior ultimate club and houses two youth teams: one for Open-Matching players and another for Women-Matching players. Before the Blues, Nova Scotian players would attend the Canadian Ultimate Championship Junior Series (CUC JR) through teams combined between the Maritime provinces such as bEAST. In 2017, the DiscNS Juniors program sent both a Women's and an Open team to CUC JR for the first time. At the 2025 CUC JR, the Open team were crowned the Spirit Champions.

Red Circus (RC) is a Senior Open division competitive club team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Formed in 2003, the team competed tournaments throughout Canada and the United States. The team has represented Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada on many occasions at the Canadian Ultimate Championships, winning Bronze in 2024. RC also competes in the East New England Men's Sectionals for the USA Ultimate Championship Series, often qualifying for Northeast Regionals.
RC participates in four or five tournaments each year. The team practices in Halifax, with open tryouts held each year in the spring.

Salty is the Senior Women's division competitive club team in Nova Scotia. Formed in 2005, Salty has represented Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada in the Canadian Ultimate Championships, the USA Ultimate Championship Series through East New England Sectionals and Northeast Regionals, and other various Canadian Tournaments. Salty oftens hosts clinics during the indoor season for the development of players who prefer Women-Matching opportunities, regardless of skill level.
Salty participates in four to five tournaments across each year. Salty is based out of Halifax with open tryouts held in the late spring.

Madhouse is a Senior Open division competitive club team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Madhouse debuted at Jazzfest in Montreal during June of 2018, and frequestly revisits the tournament as a commitment to their origin. The team often ventures to Ottawa each summer to compete in No Borders, the longest running Canadian ultimate tournament. The team practices in Halifax, with open tryouts held each year in the spring.

Dead Circus (DC) is the Open Masters team for Atlantic Canada. Since making their debut at the 2021 Ultimate Canada Invitational (UCI) tournament, DC has represented Atlantic Canada in the Canadian Ultimate Championships Masters Series (CUCM), World Masters Ultimate Club Championships, and Pan-American Ultimate Championships (PAUC). The team has made podium placements at CUCMs, winning Silver in 2023, Gold in 2024, and Bronze and Spirit Champions in 2025.
Players must be turning 33 or older in the year of competition to be eligible for the team's roster. Player applications open during the winter months, typically in January or February.
